Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • cheese sauce (made with mozzarella/Parmesan/garlic
  • mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese
  • garlic
  • Bolognese sauce (standard homemade)
  • olive oil
  • grated Parmesan

Method

  1. using lasagne pasta sheets - boil for a few minutes in oily water so they are soft.
  2. Roll them up with bolognaise sauce in middle, you need to work quickly because they can be sticky.
  3. lay rolls in dish, which has been rubbed with olive oil
  4. Cover the rolls with a rich Mozzarella, garlic and parmesan sauce and bake and bubble in oven. Sometime we use Gruyere cheese instead of Parmesan on top .
