Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 210 grams butter
- 100 grams cocoa powder
- 300 grams sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon best vanilla extract
- 115 grams flour
- 100 grams cherries
Method
- Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove, but make sure it melts slowly, so it doesn't burn.
- In the meantime, sift (separately) the cocoa powder and the flour.
- Whisk the cocoa powder in the melted butter, until smooth. Gradually add sugar and stir well. Add eggs, one at a time and whisk until smooth. Add vanilla and stir. After that, slowly add the flour, and, when it's all incorporated, add the cherries to the batter.
- Turn on the oven at 180ºC and let it heat up a bit before putting the brownie batter in, and then bake for about 30-35 min, or until done.
