What does this mean?

basically this is meringue, sweetened chestnut puree and mascarpone cream piled on top of each other to fantastic effect, absolutely fabulous.

Ingredients

  • meringue cookies
  • 1 tin sweetened chestnut cream
  • 1 tub mascarpone cheese
  • marrons glacés (optional)

Method

  1. make (or buy) meringue cookies, top with a dollop of sweetened chestnut cream and then same of mascarpone cheese, add half a maron glace and eat, repeat!!
