What does this mean?

I experimented with this as I found the packet mixes really salty. It got the thumbs up round the dinner table! Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked sweet paprika
  • 1 chopped chilli
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a zip lock bag and leave to marinade for a couple of hours.
  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken mix gently until cooked.
  3. Meanwhile put 8 tortillas in the microwave and zap for 30 secs.
  4. Serve with soured cream, green salad, tomato salsa and anything else which takes your fancy.
  5. Have fun wrapping it all up and serve with a large pile of napkins!
