Chicken Mayo Bruschetta

Introduction

First time I made this recipe was for an experiment since my dad loves this kind of Bruschetta in nearest Pizza Hut, but they don't sell the product anymore. So, I decided to try and it's become my Dad's favorite.

Ingredients

Serves: serves 10 - 15 pcs

1 baguette
1 packet smoked chicken breast
1 large onion
½ bottle mayonnaise
butter

Method

Cut the baguette about 2-3 cm thick, spread it with butter

Chop onion and the smoked chicken breast, then stir-fry it with butter until the onion is golden

Mix well the stir-fry with mayo then spread it on the cut baguette. put it on the oven for 1-2 minutes.
