Metric Cups
  • 225 grams plain chocolate
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 150 grams butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 ounces plain chocolate
  • 6 ounces sugar
  • 5 ounces butter
  • 4 large eggs

Method

  • Make a caramel with the sugar and a tbsp water. Take off heat and add the butter (cut into pieces) until melted then add the chocolate (a broken into pieces)
  • Add the yolks, one at a time. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt and incorporate them delicately.
  • Bake for approx. 25 mins at 180°c
