What does this mean?

This chocolate recipe will be loved and admire by children. Great for parties and tea time snacks. And easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ cups unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 medium eggs
  • ¾ cup oil (or melted butter)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • confectioners' sugar

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 200C. Prepare 2 baking pans.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.
  3. Form dough into 1 inch balls or use a ice cream scoop. Roll in powdered sugar then put them on baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes. Don't over bake. Center should be so soft. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
