Metric Cups
  • 8 digestive biscuits (crushed)
  • 85 grams margarine
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 113 grams dark chocolate
  • 8 graham crackers (crushed)
  • 3 ounces margarine
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup or light corn syrup
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate

  • line 8'' sandwich tin with foil.
  • Melt the margarine, sugar, syrup and cocoa together on the hob and pour into a bowl add crushed biscuits and mix well.
  • Press in to tin, place the dark chocolate evenly on the top then place in the oven to melt the dark chocolate then spread it around evenly.
  • Chill well in the fridge. cut in to squares and enjoy
