  • 500 grams minced beef
  • 200 grams chorizo
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 18 ounces ground beef
  • 7 ounces chorizo
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
