  • 3 large parsnips
  • 1 large onion
  • ⅞ litre chicken stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 28 grams margarine
  • fresh parsley (optional)

  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
