Wash fillets, dry them, sprinkle with salt & pepper For 1 apple and 2 onion's peel and cut in to disks and fill the bottom of the pot with them, sprinkle it with apple vinegar, cover it with cider, boil it, and cook it for 5 minutes, stand a side.
For the rest apples, cut in to half moon's heat up the butter on a pan, fry apple's on a pan, on a plate put the fried apple's and fish, sauce from cooking sprinkle with salt and pepper spread over the fish and apple's sprinkle all of it with chopped sprinkle onion.
