What does this mean?

A creamy, cold dish, perfect for summer! Goes well with meatballs and chicken.

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 300 ml creme fraiche
  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt
  • chives

Method

  1. Boil potatoes until just tender. Peel and let cool completely (you can do this the day before, keep peeled potatoes in fridge, covered with kitchen towel). Cut potatoes in 0.5 cm thick slices.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients except the chives, taste if you need more sugar or mustard.
  3. Mix dressing with potatoes, chop chives and drizzle them over the salad.
