Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • 4 little gem lettuce
  • 1 tub plain yoghurt
  • onions (sweet - chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • chopped tomatoes

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients with the yogurt.
  2. Make the lettuce hollow (carve it), pour in the mixture and that all.
  3. Eat like ice cream.
