Ingredients
- 3 oz butter
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup or corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 21 tablespoons cornflakes
Method
- Melt butter and syrup Remove from heat Stir in cocoa Stir in confectioners' sugar
- Stir in cornflakes Divide mixture and place into cupcake cases "cook" in fridge - makes about 12 individual mounds.
