Easy to make...and yummy too, when I saw this recipe in a health mag I thought it'll be awful...but when I had to cut down on my dad's sweet intake I thought I'll go for this.....and it tastes pretty good too.

PEMPEK (INDONESIAN FISH CAKE)

Ingredients
- 5 bananas (sliced in half)
- ½ cup sugar-free muesli
- ½ cup honey
- natural yoghurt (or ice cream)
Method
- Pour the honey onto a plate, dip each slice of banana into this. Roll the banana on the cornflakes and muesli so that it sticks firmly onto the banana slice (don't press too firmly, or you'll end up squashing the banana).
- Place on a greased baling tray and bake at 150 degrees for about 5-10 mins. Remove from oven and serve hot with chilled yoghurt or ice-cream.
