Introduction

cute, sweet, spongy soft inside mouth watering soft cupcakes. reminds me of when i was young and my mom would pack me these small cute butter cupcakes for recess. An old chinese lady use to bake. and it would be ina cute pink cup packs. Enjoy it with tea and loved ones

Ingredients

Serves: 3 dozen

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
4 cups self-rising flour
1 stick ground cinnamon
1 cup milk

cream butter and sugar till smooth

add eggs and flour alternatively

add in milk and cinnamon, mix well

pour in cup cake pan

bake in pre heated oven for 30 mins in 250ÂºC Makes 3 dozen cupcakes

for deco, mix icing of any colour or choc on top
