While your popcorn is whirling away in the popper melt about 1-2 tbsp butter in micro.
Coat the bottom and sides of your popcorn bowl in about 1.5 tsp (or to taste) truffle oil so when the warm kernels fly into the bowl they start soaking up the oil, spoon in some warm butter and mix with shredded parm until thoroughly mixed in (don't forget to lick your fingers when done).
Certain to impress! Now movie night is permanently at my house!
