I can't take credit for this; I found it on the back of a Kikkoman soy sauce bottle but it is SO DELICIOUS I had to share it! The pork chops come out meltingly tender and savoury, I do it with egg-fried rice(if I've got any cooked rice in the fridge) or over Chinese noodles with some steamed broccolli-fab. FWIW I omitted the tomatoes (just didn't have any the first time I did it) and doubled up on the onions, water, garlic powder & pepper-just because I like a lot of sauce, & I like it savoury! Also bear in mind that this also works in the oven as well as stovetop-just prep the chops then bung them in a med. oven to cook.
