Ingredients
- 6oz Plain Flour
- 6oz Cooking Butter
- 6oz Caster Sugar
- 2-3 Eggs Medium
- 1 Tea Spoon of Baking Powder
- If you won't to make chocolate fairy cakes just add a little coco powder depend to your taste
Method
Serves: 18
- Put butter and sugar in a mixing bowl mix into a smooth and light mixture
- Put flour into the mixing bowl and mix into a paste again
- Put the beaten eggs into the bowl mix together
- Turn Oven on to 180oC heat leave the oven to heat up for 10 minutes
- Put the mixture into paper cake cases stick onto a tray
- Put in the oven 12 to 15 Minutes until golden brown and spongy
- Put onto a cooling tray and let it cool to a cool temperature
- Decorate until your heart is content
