Method
- Slice off the stem of each fig, and cut in half, lengthwise.
- Place about a half teaspoon (or more) of cheese on the cut side of each fig half.
- Wrap in a slice of prosciutto - you may not need the full slice, depending on size and your love of prosciutto! Secure with a toothpick.
- Place under broiler, or on the bbq (sliced side up), and heat until cheese softens, approx. 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
