What does this mean?

Gooey, Crunchie and sweeter than sweet treat!! Got this recipe off my Auntie Francie and she got it off her sister in-law from Ireland! The whole family loves them!! No cooking involved just getting messy and stuck in which I love! hehe Enjoy ScrummyDoDa

Ingredients

  • 15 crushed graham crackers
  • 15 candied or glazed cherries (cut into halves)
  • 15 marshmallows (pink and white)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Place crushed biscuits into a bowl. Add the marshmallows and the glacier cherries.
  2. Mix until biscuits cover marshmallows and cherries. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until it forms a dough. If too sticky add more crushed biscuits. If too dry add more sweetened condensed milk. Spill the desiccated coconut onto a surface.
  3. Roll the dough into a sausage shape and roll over the coconut. Do this until the dough is completely covered.
  4. Cut the dough sideways to get disk like shapes.
  5. Place in refrigerator until chilled. YUM!!!!!
