Metric Cups
  • 170 grams condensed milk
  • 150 grams butter
  • 250 grams vanilla wine biscuits (mashed up)
  • 225 grams hot chocolate mix
  • 225 grams coconut
  • 225 grams sultanas
  • 6 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 ounces butter
  • 9 ounces vanilla wine biscuits (mashed up)
  • 8 ounces hot chocolate mix
  • 8 ounces coconut
  • 8 ounces golden raisins

Method

  • Place the condensed milk and butter into a small saucepan. Heat and stir until butter melts. Leave to cool.
  • Put the biscuits, hot chocolate, coconut, and sultanas into a bowl. Add the cooled butter mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into a dish and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes or until hard.
  • Melt chocolate and pour on top.
  • Add sprinkles if desired.
