Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 1 chicken (8 pieces, skinless)
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste (ground garlic)
- 2 tablespoons ginger paste (ground ginger)
- 2 tablespoons chilli powder (Indian)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- salt (as per preference)
Method
- Mix all ingredients with the chicken.
- Cut slits on the chicken meet for more absorption of Masala.
- Leave for 1 - 2 hours and deep fry in cooking oil.
- Deep fry for about 25 minutes or until dark brown.
