4 tablespoons Grand Marnier
(or other orange liqueur)
3 tablespoons marmalade
(bitter orange mixed with the juice of 1 lemon)
0.5 litres cream
Beat the egg yolks until creamy and white (seems to take ages) then add the sugar and continue to beat until it's a wonderful pale cream. then add marmalade/lemon juice and liquor.
Beat the cream till stiff and gently fold this into the orange mixture.
Freeze and serve with love, scattered with choccy chips (optional, doesn't really need anything) I made this in a silicone gugelhopf form, and it came out so easily. The best use for these silicon shapes as baking in them is not really satisfactory
