Ingredients

Serves: 6

Metric Cups
  • 1 cake mix
  • 250 millilitres coconut
  • 125 grams butter (melted)
  • 1 can apple
  • 2 packets sour cream
  • 1 cake mix
  • 8⅘ fluid ounces coconut
  • 4 ounces butter (melted)
  • 1 can apple
  • 2 packets sour cream

Method

  • Mix together the first 3 ingredients and flatten into a lamington tin (or shallow dish, lasagne dish is good too).
  • Place the apples over cake mix. Then the sour cream on top.
  • Bake in oven (180c) for 30 mins, when cool, place in fridge.
  • Apple can be replaced with any fruit or combo, as long as it is well drained. Mango and apple is a favourite of mine.
