Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 225 grams digestive biscuits (finely crushed)
- 225 grams butter
- 225 grams sugar
- 397 grams condensed milk
Method
- Melt butter, sugar and condensed milk together on a low heat until sugar is dissolved then bring to boil stirring continuously. Boil(still stirring)for approx 3-5mins until mix has thickened slightly and take off the heat.
- Add crushed biscuits and pour into a buttered dish and leave to set.
- Once set, drizzle with melted chocolate-milk, plain or white or a combination of all three! Enjoy!
