Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 125 grams butter
- 125 grams brown sugar
- 125 grams plain flour
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2.5 cm fresh root ginger (grounded)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 grams rolled oats
Method
- mix all in a bowl with food processor till crumbles.
- Press on 20 cm square tin.
- score to make 9 squares
- bake in preheated oven 180C for 20-30 mins till golden brown.
