What does this mean?

Here at home, we don't like the salty fishy taste of anchovies, and we have fresh flat parsley at the balcony all the time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 10 green olives
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt (to taste)
  • ½ lemon zest
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 splash of olive oil (to thin)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  1. Put everything in the food processor and zzzz...done in 1 minute. I love to use this dressing over tomato salad. yesterday, I bought nice colorful tomatoes -yellow, stripped, cherry tomatoes... and it was very good.
