  • 200 millilitres double cream
  • 2 teaspoons harissa paste
  • 250 grams prawns (or shrimps)
  • 7 fluid ounces heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons harissa paste
  • 8⅚ ounces shrimp (or shrimps)

Method

  • Heat the cream in a small frying pan or saucepan until just below boiling point and add the harrisa. Cook for 1 minute, whisking to incorporate the paste.
  • Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes or until pink and cooked through.
  • Serve over the saffron rice.
