HERSHEY'S "CANDY BAR" FROSTING

This frosting is delicious and is enough to frost either the 2 (9in) layers or 3 (8in) layers

Ingredients

  • 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1C granulated sugar
  • 1C powdered sugar
  • 2 large Hershey's with almonds chocolate bars, chopped (may use plain Hershey's, chopped)
  • 1/2 C pecans, chopped
  • 12 oz. cool whip

Method

  1. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth then add and mix 1C powdered sugar.
  2. Add chopped chocolate bars (reserving some to sprinkle over top of finished cake) and then mix in the cool whip.
