Ingredients
- 8oz. cream cheese
- 1C granulated sugar
- 1C powdered sugar
- 2 large Hershey's with almonds chocolate bars, chopped (may use plain Hershey's, chopped)
- 1/2 C pecans, chopped
- 12 oz. cool whip
Method
Serves: 1 cake
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth then add and mix 1C powdered sugar.
- Add chopped chocolate bars (reserving some to sprinkle over top of finished cake) and then mix in the cool whip.
