Ingredients

  • 1 pound cottage cheese
  • 4 fluid ounces capsicum peppers (diced)
  • 9 fluid ounces mushrooms (halved)
  • 4 fluid ounces peanut sauce
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 pinch of salt (to taste)

Method

  • Cut cottage cheese in big cubes.
  • Mix curry powder,peanut sauce,salt in a bowl
  • Marinade vegetables in this mixture and keep for 20 mis.
  • Thread in four skewers and Grill on Charcoal Fire.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on it and Serve hot.
