Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 130 grams sugar
- 100 grams butter (melted or margarine)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 150 grams flour
- 1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to gas mark 5
- Mix all ingredients in a big ole bowl until a nice firm sticky dough is formed
- Knead for a few mins Roll up in a firm fat sausage
- Place in the fridge for 20 mins
- Cut the cookie dough up and shape in whatever you want ... arrange them on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper leaving plenty of space between each one
- Bake in oven for about 15 mins... or until cookies are firm... leave to cool on a wire tray... and consume with your favourite cup of coffee!
