For about 6 years I saved up all my money to go travelling overseas. This is a salad we ate in a little cafe when we went to Lago di Como last year. Now we make it all the time at home.

Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- bocconcini cheese
- Cos lettuce
- tomatoes
- Spanish onions
- tuna (chunks)
- cucumber
- carrots (cut into sticks)
- sweetcorn (drained and rinsed)
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of seasoning
Method
- Chop
- Mix
- Dress
- Serve
- EAT!
