Ingredients

For the base

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs

For the filling

  • grated coconut
  • pineapples
  • 12 oz sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs

Method

Base:

  1. Mix well and open with a roll Cut in 2 parts (rectangles, size of your "Pyrex form")

Filling:

  1. Crush pineapple in mixer add the others Fill components, put in a pan and take to the fire mixing with a spoon 'til dry, wait a little 'til get cold.
  2. Put one base rectangle in a Pyrex, drop the fill and cover with the other rectangle. Bake it in oven.
  3. Cut into little cubes and pass by sugar and cinnamon

* I like it cold, so I put in refrigerator before pass by sugar and cinnamon

** i always a good idea pass the eggs through a strainer, that yolk´s peel does not smell good
