Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups of Pineapple juice
- 75ml of Double cream
- 1 Shot of Malibu (2 if your feeling giggly!)
- Couple of pineapple chunks and some ice cubes
Method
Serves: 1
- Chuck the pineapple juice, double cream, Malibu and pineapple chunks into a blender.
- Blitz for a second or two. Until just combined.
- Pour into a tall glass and add the ice cubes.
