What does this mean?

I was lying in bed last night thinking this would be a good combo, so I had a go today.

Ingredients

  • 5 fl oz milk
  • 5 fl oz heavy cream
  • 3 oz superfine sugar
  • fl oz Horlicks
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 handfuls crushed Maltesers ( I used white chocolate mixed with milk chocolate ones)

Method

  1. Whisk egg yolks sugar and Horlicks till creamy.
  2. Heat milk and cream until nearly boiling, pour over yolk mixture, whisking, then make your custard in the usual manner. Allow to cool and chill.
  3. Churn custard adding the crushed Maltesers at start of churning.
  4. Freeze when churned.
