Serves: 2-3

Metric Cups
  • 500 grams Greek yoghurt
  • sugar (to taste)
  • 200 grams mangos (pulp)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • pistachios
  • 18 ounces Greek yoghurt
  • sugar (to taste)
  • 7 ounces mangos (pulp)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • pistachios

Method

  • Whip the sugar and yoghurt together till smooth and strain the mixture through a muslin cloth to remove the liquids.
  • Then strain the mango pulp the same way too.
  • Mix the mango pulp and the cardamom with the yoghurt.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours.
  • Top with chopped pistachios and serve
