I love this recipe especially with the NE pancakes on a sunday morning. Yum. but anyway I like doing somethings the hard way when I know I have nothing to do that day.

Ingredients
- bacon
- maple syrup (pure)
Method
- Put the Bacon in the frying pan and baste right away with a basting brush (or simply spoon on) when it is ready to turn flip the bacon and repeat step one until your bacon is crispy. Or until it is done.
