What does this mean?

fabulous marinade for lamb chops/cutlets, especially good if barbequing.

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures

For the lamb

  • 1 kilogram lamb chops (or cutlets)

For the marinade

  • 250 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon rowan jelly
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Method

  1. Blitz all the marinade ingredients in a blender.
  2. Put your lamb in a bag or bowl. Slap the marinade on your meat and leave for 12 - 36 hours in a fridge or cool place.
  3. Barbeque your meat over direct medium heat. Eat pink, and meltingly tender.
