Ingredients
Switch to Cup MeasuresFor the lamb
- 1 kilogram lamb chops (or cutlets)
For the marinade
- 250 ml Greek yoghurt
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon rowan jelly
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Method
- Blitz all the marinade ingredients in a blender.
- Put your lamb in a bag or bowl. Slap the marinade on your meat and leave for 12 - 36 hours in a fridge or cool place.
- Barbeque your meat over direct medium heat. Eat pink, and meltingly tender.
