  • 1 kilogram lamb chops (or cutlets)

For the Marinade

  • 250 millilitres Greek yoghurt
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon rowan jelly
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

For the Lamb

  • 2⅕ pounds lamb chops (or cutlets)

For the Marinade

  • 8⅘ fluid ounces Greek yoghurt
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon rowan jelly
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
