What does this mean?

This is my all time favourite meal to cook with a roast lamb. Everybody loves it too even though it is not healthy :)

Ingredients

Switch to Cup Measures
  • pepperoni sausage (cut into semicircles)
  • red pepper (chopped)
  • green beans (halved)
  • potatoes (cubed)
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • carrots (sliced)
  • fresh rosemary

Method

  1. Chop all vegetables and place in a bowl, pour some olive oil with rosemary and oregano.
  2. I t is easier to use your hands for the next part: Toss everything around so it all gets a good coat of oil and herbs.
  3. P lace in a baking tray which has a little more oil to prevent any sticking.
  4. Cook until potatoes are golden brown and cooked through.
