Ingredients

  • 8 chicken pieces (or skinned boneless thighs)
  • 1 can all gold mexican tomatoes
  • 1 can creamed sweetcorn
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Method

  1. Put the chicken pieces in a baking dish in a single layer.
  2. Pour over the tins of tomatoes and sweetcorn and mix a bit.
  3. Bake at 180C for about an hour, till the chicken is cooked.
