Put the 3 fruits, butter, sugar, carb soda and water in a large pan bring to boil and boil about 5 minutes stirring to dissolve sugar. watch to see it does not froth over the top of the pan. Set aside to cool.

Grease and paper the tin with baking paper.
Cook about 90 minutes at 170C, or until a skewer tests clean. Enjoy.
Sometime I use two smaller tins, which means shorter cooking time.
