Ingredients
Switch to Cup Measures- 2 sheets shortcrust pastry
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 medium eggs
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch of herbs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- cooked chicken (or filling of your choice)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°c.
- Using a 6.5cm scone cutter, cut rounds of pastry. Divide onion and the filling between a patty pan tin.
- Combine the eggs, milk and seasonings. Beat well with a fork.
- Pour the egg mixture into the quiches.
- Put in herbs and press into the egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
