Ingredients

  • meringue nests (whatever quantities you have)
  • Greek yoghurt (full fat - whatever quantities you have)
  • bananas (firm textured - whatever quantities you have)
  • lemon juice (whatever quantities you have)

Method

  1. Chop up the bananas and give a decent squirt of lemon juice to coat.
  2. get a small child to crush up the meringues, and stir in the Greek yoghurt.
  3. serve straightaway.
