Ingredients

  • 2 tins tuna
  • 1 packet mozzarella (grated)
  • 1 tub cherry tomatoes
  • 5 spring onions
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • fusilli (pasta twists)

Method

  1. Chop the spring onions into small pieces and the cherry tomatos in half. 
  2. Make the pasta, adding a little sunflower oil and salt. 
  3. Add a little oil to a separate pan and fry the spring onions for a few minutes, add the tuna and the cherry tomatoes. 
  4. Once the pasta is cooked fold in the grated mozzarella so it melts. 
  5. Fold in the tuna, onions and tomatoes. serve warm 

* I always make a little bit extra as this dish is also great the next day for lunch! * Tip for a bit of a fiery twist use chilli oil and add a chopped red chilli - yummy!
