Mozzarella and Tuna Pasta

Super tasty pasta dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tins tuna
  • 1 packet mozzarella (grated)
  • 1 tub cherry tomatoes
  • 5 spring onions
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • fusilli (pasta twists)

Method

  • Chop the spring onions into small pieces and the cherry tomatos in half.
  • Make the pasta, adding a little sunflower oil and salt.
  • Add a little oil to a separate pan and fry the spring onions for a few minutes, add the tuna and the cherry tomatoes.
  • Once the pasta is cooked fold in the grated mozzarella so it melts.
  • Fold in the tuna, onions and tomatoes. serve warm
    • I always make a little bit extra as this dish is also great the next day for lunch! * Tip for a bit of a fiery twist use chilli oil and add a chopped red chilli - yummy!
