OCEAN SPRAY'S SPINACH, FETA AND DRIED CRANBERRIES SALAD

Ingredients
For the salad
- 8 oz fresh spinach
- ½ cup feta cheese (or goat's cheese, crumbled)
- ¼ small thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sliced, toasted almonds
For the salad dressing
- ½ cup bottled balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
Method
- Wash and clean the spinach. Tear into bite size pieces and put them in a bowl.
- add half of the feta/goat cheese and onion, combine.
- Make dressing, pour over salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Top with cranberries and almonds.
- Serve immediately.
