Ingredients
- new potatoes
- olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper
- paprika
- seasoning (any other you like)
Method
- Cut pots in half parboil and drain.
- Bash them about a bit in pan then pour onto baking tray glug over olive oil until coated and season then dust with paprika.
- Gas 7 for about 40 mins but keep checking and turning until lovely golden colour.
