What does this mean?

This chutney goes great with any curry, or you can eat it on cheese on toast...yummy!

Ingredients

  • onions (not red)
  • oil (for frying)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 red chilli (if you like it hot)

Method

  1. Fry onions in oil until lightly browned and soft, this should take 10 minutes on a low flame.
  2. After 5 minutes add the mustard seeds.
  3. Add all other ingredients and fry for another 5/10 minutes.
  4. That's all......its SO simple but it has so much flavour!
