Metric Cups
  • 250 grams flour (00 flour)
  • 100 grams chocolate chips
  • 80 millilitres milk
  • 3 tablespoons ovaltine
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 grams butter (melted)
  • 9 ounces flour (00 flour)
  • 4 ounces chocolate chips
  • 2⅘ fluid ounces milk
  • 3 tablespoons ovaltine
  • 4 ounces superfine sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ounces butter (melted)

Method

  • Put all dry ingredients in bowl and the wet ingredients in another one then wisk all togheter but don't overmix the batter...
  • with an ice cream scoop put the batter in the muffin cases (in a muffin tin!!).
  • Cook them for 20 min in the oven at 180 c°.
  • Dust with vanilla icing sugar.
