Method

Pasta Bolognaise is a community recipe submitted by lozfood2407 and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • First i would advise you to buy quick cook pasta this will take 5 minutes to cook. Place pasta in a pan Pour boiling water over the pasta till it is about 2cm over the pasta Add salt so it cooks better
  • Once it has boiled and ready sieve the pasta out in a colander or a sieve
  • Add pasta back into the pan and add the dolmio sauce Once all stirred place in a bowl
  • Cut thin slices of cheese and add on top of the pasta completely covered
  • Microwave it till cheese is melted Then voila you have pasta bolognaise, hope you enjoy it!
